This is pretty neat! A great way of using the rope handles to work with the bag's design.
Also, if I was standing near someone drinking out of a cup of coffee, I'd definately notice it!

Caribe Inpulse Magazine
Caribe IN-PULSE Magazine was launched this past weekend to the Canadian Caribbean Community.
The magazine spotlights some of the best known Caribbean personalities, such as Michael Lee-Chin and star golfer, Stephen Ames.
The publisher feels the obligation to address many of the social issues and challenges for both the communities in Canada as well as in the Caribbean.
The magazine outlines the economic development in the Caribbean Region that provides exciting opportunities for financial investments with potential high returns.
All in all - the magazine is very well rounded and offers something for everyone - whether it be sports, culture, health and wellness, or business.

It is said to be designed based on the love between men and women.........whatever.

Nike Lobster SB Dunks.....
Nike is at it again with a very cool collaboration! The shoe, inspired by the seafood heritage of New England, will be available in a limited edition set, available exclusively at Concepts.
The first 200 pairs, which include the limited packaging, come equipped with a lobster claw rubber band, a tee shirt, a condiment box (which includes lobster shell cracker, fork, bib, an extra set of laces, and wet nap) and a poster, all put into a traditional paper bag used by typical, New England lobster retailers.
I want them based solely on the PACKAGING they drop on May 31st.
iPhone 3G RELEASE date!!!!!
Well......I know this is a design blog, and I promised to keep my tech toys out of it, but I can't resist.
Apple is about to announce the release of their next generation iPhone on June 9th. The 3G promises to be all the flash of the original with several new features.
This is the first phone that is actually making me change my tune about my love for blackberry's. I have had a BB smart phone for 3 years now, and I can say that a few weeks after this launches I will be one of the guys rushing to the apple store in buffalo to pick one up.
I'll let everyone know what I think when I grab it and molest it for a few days straight.
Organic Packaging_Simple Seed
I was checking out a design agency in Minneapolis (Capsule) the other day, and came across some organic package that was interesting. Designing for organic food is always a bit tougher - although there are a lot more options now for environmentally friendly inks and papers.
I thought the window shape MADE the package.
new office arrangements......
Well......we are starting to get a bit crowded in the office. We all get along great, but space is space.
As we are locked in to a lease for one more year it is time to think about a re-do of our current space to help us out and to help us remain sane!
As I'm not there 24/7 I really don't have to deal with it like the rest of the crew, but I came across this today, and figured it would be perfect for our little design shop!
5 or 6 of these in each office and we are set!

Re-Bag
Re-Bag is an exhibition curated and produced by Progress Packaging in the UK. One of the design companies that was asked to participate was Multistorey.
The brief was to come up with a design to be screen printed in white on a dark grey canvas bag - promoting reusing the bag. So Multistorey came up with the idea of using the print of a handbag and an evening bag.
