Cool Shooters - Ice Shot Glasses
If there's never enough ice in the glass for you, here's the perfect solution. Shot glasses made of ice! Simply fill the silicone mold with water, freeze, and then pop out four fully-formed frozen shot glasses.
Available from the Spoon Sisters
This would be fun for a summer party, beat the heat a little!

Well..........Chevy has come up with a new way to get people's attention in car bilboards. Its a novel concept......pay people to pay attention to their Aveo.
This billboard went up in London with an image of an Aveo hatchback decorated in real one-pence pieces.
It is a pretty cool way to actually show what the 769,500 pence price of the car looks like, but it didn't stand a chance against the prying fingers of the London public. In a mere 30 minutes, people had picked the billboard clean.
There is a bad joke in there about the price of the car....and the people that stole the pennies....but I will leave it alone.
I'm sure that Chevy knew exactly what would happen....and even counted on it!

Well.... Nike is at it again.
They have flooded the online Street Culture sites with whispers of a hot new site that will launch soon.
Not only have they have created a buzz.....but they have also kept us all waiting for something that we have no idea what it is about!
The site shows 2 never before seen Dunks, and very little information other then launch dates and event times and also a pretty cool count down timer.

No real clue what it is going to be, but myself like the rest of us will be waiting eagerly to see what they have to offer this time.

Adidas has outdone themselves with a new Brand Center located in Beijing, China.
This marks the first time that the company markets both its fashion/street style Original collection along side their performance products.
From their press release...."Offering an experience never before seen, the center features a wide range of interactive zones in which consumers can obtain maximum knowledge and test product first hand. Included amongst others will be the miCoach Core Skills, the recently launched mi Originals, mi adidas, a juice bar, a dedicated ‘Urban’ area for pop-up exhibitions and events, a basketball court on the rooftop, a Concierge Desk and last but not least a Kid’s interactive zone. Allowing the public to utilize technologies usually only available to professional sport facilities, the miCoach zone is truly innovative. Offering tour guides, shirt printers and even stylists within the center, it truly is a sports mecca."
Shame they always do these things on the other side of the world!!!!!!

For a measly $155US you can have your very own handmade USB keyboard hand painted and put out by Nishi-Ki.
Pricing seems to be a bit much, but if you strive to be different, and aren't like me and needing to see every key clearly so as to be able to type 12 words a minute, this is cool keyboard for you.

I saw this bottle of perfume the other day, and thought there was something really appealing to it. I was expecting a sexy scent though - when in actuality it is a floral scent.

Well....it seems that public outcry can in fact change big business.
All that read here, and the rest of the internet world, know that the Apple iPhone is about to launch in just 2 more sleeps. Yes I'm excited and will be grabbing one the first day.
Rogers however dropped the ball on what could have been an amazing marketing strategy with its launch, but instead in their greedy minds they desided to completely gouge the market and create plans that priced the product out of the market.
Rogers, or ROBBERS as they are affectionately known online, have a monopoly on both GSM technology and the iPhone in Canada. I guess they thought that the public would want the phone so bad that we would pay anything.....they thought wrong.
Less then 15 minutes after the plan pricing was announced there was a mass public outcry. The internet blogging sites and iphone forums were discussing the huge plans and started several online petitions to go again and boycott the phone.
The biggest petiton www.ruinediPhone.com got over 50,000 signatures.
With all the press online, mainstream media picked up on the story and several news outlets all across the countrry ran stories of the bad busniess practice.
We all assumed that was it, but with rumors of Apple stepping in and laying threats, Robbers/Rogers has just announced that they are redoing their plans 48 hours away from launch.
They are offering a great data plan that you can attach to any voice plan.
This goes to show you........that no matter how badly you think you have a "winner", DONT GET GREEDY!
Rogers will be dealing with this screw up for years - A PR nightmare could have been avoided if they just put out the product with a SLIGHT mark-up.
Live and learn....but this one is costly.

Some people just never grow up and stop playing with toys. Me being one of them!
It started more then a year ago in LA. Artist Chris Burden and up to 30 people at any given time have been building a 65 foot high rise out of using replicated stainless steel Erector set pieces.
It weighs in at over 16,000 pounds and is on display at the Rockefeller Center.
I have no idea why.......but I thought it was a pretty cool peice.
